This section should be able to answer other questions you might have regarding the hotel and its services.
How are reservations made?
Online Booking: an online booking is made through direct interface with our online reservations system. After you have decided to book yourself in our hotel, a form appears for you to complete with your personal details. Once the system has received your booking you will immediately be sent an email to your email address to confirm the information you have entered and validate your reservation.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you cannot keep your hotel reservation, you will need to cancel the booking within the specified cancellation period.
For online bookings you will need the confirmation email for the booking in order to cancel. If you made your reservation via fax or phone call to the hotel and not through our online booking system, you will need to send your cancellation request directly to the hotel.
What if I have not received confirmation of my online booking?
You will always receive a confirmation of your booking, as an automated reply, within 48 hours at the latest. If you do not receive confirmation within this period please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org. We always appreciate feedback from our visitors. If you would like to comment on our service or offer suggestions we would greatly appreciate your taking the time to complete the following form. The information your provide will remain confidential and will only be used as information to improve the site's quality and service.
